The Global Coffee Sustainability Conference advises all attendees to check their individual status to travel to Brazil and for those required to apply for a Visa, to submit their application with sufficient time. Please visit the Ministry for Foreign Affairs website for all visa relevant information.

Travel & Accomodation Subsidy

All GCP Members belonging to the Producer and Civil Society stakeholder groups located in a coffee producing country may apply for a Travel & Accommodation subsidy of up to US$2,000.

For information regarding eligibility and application, please view the Travel & Accommodation Subsidy policy.

As the number of subsidies is limited, the Global Coffee Platform recommends those eligible to submit their application as early as possible to avoid missing out.
